All reconditioned automotive a/c compressors are supported by a 12 month warranty and are supplied ready for fitment to your vehicle. Note- Must be installed by an authorised and licenced fitter, and strict procedures carried out as per internal instructions supplied with each unit, otherwise warranty will be voided. A receiver drier also needs to be replaced with every installation of an A/C compressor and is an additional cost.

Authorised Repairer - Members of ARC and VASA

We are an authorised trader of refrigerant gas (air conditioning) in accordance with Regulation 140 of the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995. Only businesses that have met the conditions of licensing can display the ARC (Australian Refrigeration Council) tick logo.

A/C Compressors
All well known major brands of compressors such as Bosch Behr, Seiko Seiki,Sanden, Nippon Denso, Harrisson, York, Zexel, Delco,Unicla, Calsonic, Mitsubishi, Panasonic and Hitachi are stocked, including brand new compressors for some makes and models.

All remanufactured units are fully rebuilt using R134A compatible seals and oils. They are pressure tested to 3000kpa (435psi), and bench tested. Exchange remanufactured units carry a limited twelve months warranty and conditions apply. In the event of a warranty claim, Worldaire reserves the right to treat each claim on its own merits.

In most cases we can supply remanufactured compressors and parts on the same day requested, otherwise turnaround time would be a maximum of 3 days.

Pressure Testing Facilities & Cooling System Repair Service
Worldaire has the facility to pressure test items for leakage, such as radiators, condensors, heaters, hoses and more, and in many cases can save expensive replacement costs by a cost-effective repair. For instance, A radiator with a leaking tank can be repaired by replacement of a new tank at a fraction of the cost of a new radiator.

In the last few years we have found car companies have modernised AC Systems hoses so that they are unique to each model and car. This has prompted us to install hose making facilities and alloy welding, however this can only be done from our Sydney office with the added advantage of being able to supply these hoses at an extreme discount to hoses supplied by dealerships.

Alternator & Starter Motor Repairs
Worldaire can test alternators and starter motors for output to ensure their ability to recharge. Worldaire can also rebuild alternators and starter motors depending on the condition and repair request. We can replace the brushes, bearings, rectifiers, voltage regulators and pulleys.

Air Conditioner Regas Service
Worldaire has regas facilties at each of the service centres in each state. A regas service is available from just $95 excluding parts and labour. Twin systems are from $160. Call 13 88 00 to book your vehicle into our service centres to avoid future costly repairs.
